A group of volunteer paramedics are appealing for more help.
NARS – the Norfolk Accident Rescue Service – started up almost 50 years ago.
The team works alongside the ambulance service to help those involved in crashes on the roads and other medical emergencies.
But they’re a small group – and they want to get more well-trained doctors and medics to sign up.
