A Norfolk human rights group is fearing funding cuts as it reveals a surge in demand.
Equal Lives says it’s getting calls from up to 2,000 people a week struggling with things like disability and employment benefit cuts.
It comes as Norfolk County Council is set to discuss cutting £63,000 next week.
Richard Green is one of those affected, he’s spoken out about how his reduction in payments has taken away his last bit of independence.
