Norwich’s fourth Fashion Week is planned 4-7th March, to celebrate local and up-and-coming designers. With the Glittering Vintage Norwich Awards and Interactive Street Style Exhibition already added to this year’s line up, Emma Harrowing reports on what’s planned for the event.
