Taxpayers could have to pick up a bill of £770,000 to fix two buildings in Norwich.
Council bosses are locked in talks with the contractors behind the landmark Norwich Bus Station and St Andrew’s multi-storey car park over who should pay for vital repairs to the buildings.

This is madness. The contractors who built the car park should be paying. Ten years is nothing when it comes to a building , especially when you consider we have a cathedral that's well over four hundred years old and still going strong.
