Taxpayers could have to pick up a bill of £770,000 to fix two buildings in Norwich.

Council bosses are locked in talks with the contractors behind the landmark Norwich Bus Station and St Andrew’s multi-storey car park over who should pay for vital repairs to the buildings.

  • This is madness. The contractors who built the car park should be paying. Ten years is nothing when it comes to a building , especially when you consider we have a cathedral that's well over four hundred years old and still going strong.
